It works alright, but I felt a little misled about how fast it would dry. I expected it to be quicker, but I ended up having to leave it out for quite a while before I could pack it away. It’s not a terrible product or anything, and it does the job, but the drying time was kind of annoying. If you’re not in a hurry, it’s fine, I just thought it would be faster after use.

I finally got my order, and the box showed up completely crushed, which was definitely a lovely surprise. There was barely any padding inside, so everything had apparently been enjoying a little road trip around the box. It looked like someone packed it in the last 30 seconds of their shift. Not exactly the best first impression, but sure, I guess packaging is optional now.

I got mine from getundercover.com and wasn’t sure how it would hold up in the wash, but it’s been great. I’ve washed it a few times now and it comes out clean every time, with no weird shrinking or scratchy feeling after. It dries quickly too, which is a nice bonus. Happy with it!

It feels really nice on my skin and isn’t scratchy at all, which feels like a small miracle these days. I’ve washed it once already and it still feels just as good. Took a little longer to arrive than I expected, because apparently my package needed some personal growth time, so I’m giving it 4 stars. But the softness is definitely there

I expected a lot more for what I paid. The way it was advertised made it sound like it would be noticeably better than cheaper options, but in reality it was just okay. Setup was straightforward and it worked fine, but nothing about it really stood out. It felt like they promised a more premium experience than what I actually got. Not awful, just hard to justify the price.

My refund took way longer than I expected, and I had to follow up twice before anything moved. Maybe it was just bad timing, but my gut feeling is the process isn’t very well managed. Frustrating experience overall.

I’ve been using this cover for a few months now, it’s held up better than I thought it would. We’ve had some heavy rain and strong wind, and so far there haven’t been any rips or issues. The fit is also good, which I appreciate. The only thing keeping it from being a full 5 stars for me is that one spot in the stitching looks a little rough. It hasn’t caused any problems yet, though. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid cover and I’m happy with it.

The support team did eventually get back to me, so it’s not even about that. It was more the waiting around and having to follow up myself that made it frustrating. I expected a quicker response, and by the time they answered, it didn’t feel all that helpful.

The delivery was a bit of a disaster. My order showed up way later than it was supposed to, and the tracking basically just sat there doing nothing for ages. I kept checking it in between making coffee and trying to get laundry done, which somehow made it even more annoying. I ended up having to chase for updates myself, and that’s not really what I want to be doing after I’ve already paid for something. The item did eventually arrive, but if delivery is going to be this unreliable, I don’t think I’d order again.
